For instance we all have a preference for either extroversion or introversion. Our personalities affect how we "perceive" things, and how we make decisions. Understanding your team’s personalities can help gain insights about how the team interacts with others—and improve how they communicate, learn, and work together to achieve success. MBTI assessments can be done as a team or as an individual.
