About Charlene

After 23 years in volunteer management, Charlene decided to alter her direction. In 2014 she pursued her passion in organizational development and took her Masters in Leadership at Royal Roads. A member of the Victoria Liberating Structures facilitation group she facilitates teams to find solutions and actively works in stakeholder engagement.

Charlene is a skilled facilitator. She takes an appreciative and collaborative  approach to all her work. Services include:
